FCPX is amazing, at least for me, although there is always room for improvement. However, all-in-all Apple needs to ramp up everything, the bar has been set high, the race is on, and times are tough..... ranging from FCPX to the iPhone....we need some more paradigm shifts....

I agree FCPX is top notch, what I am getting really red up with is the way we as users excuse Apple for being tardy with delivery of updates of stuff that really should have been included a long time ago, the most common is remove attributes, for heavens sake why is this not been done!!

I am tired of people saying this or that reason, no those days are long gone, minor updates of annoying fixes should be done at least once a month, not wait hoping for Apple's birthday=no update, NAB=who knows...

The 2 face of Apple makes no sense, why have the heart of the system, the OS in open public beta, and yet a tiny app like FCPX with no public beta, makes no sense, why not give away ideas to test, it is not like Adobe/Avid are going to copy any time soon...

Not having sliders to control audio in 2016, is a sick joke, and it is inexcusable for not having it done by now..

Tired of threads like this, I am sure folks at Apple are tired of threads like this, yes FCPX is a great product, and I am so glad they are not yet yet gone down the subscription route as some apps on the App store have gone...

Why there is no beta version of FCPX is confusing, there is for the OS, but not for apps...

Why recommend that someone sends their feedback to Apple if all you believe Apple are going to do is "read, file and ignore"?

Does any company read and action any feedback comments? The fact the feedback is limited and out of date, makes me question the validity of feedback to Apple.

People say they feedback, I am not sure they do, I have heard so many mention the lack of "remove attributes", yet in every update since launch, this has yet to be added, they added something way way more complex, 3D text, and even then failed to fix the timecode screen issue, and NO REMOVE ATTRIBUTE!!

Is remove attribute extremely complex beyond the skills of Apple???

Apple doesn't ignore feedback.
Noah Kadner, worked for/at/by Apple, end that Apple-ignores-feedback myth long ago.

Why multiple-YT-accounts made it on the Priority-list, I can't imagine either... :lol:

That is just my point..the multiple YT share, I never heard or read here or on any other forum that was a demand, yet there it is, and why???

Yet most people find the lack of "remove attribute" a well needed feature and it is not there...Why the multiple YT share and no "remove attribute", makes me question the feedback system, I have asked and I suppose many have, and it is not yet implemented.

That is what I question, the illogical decisions sometimes what gets updated/installed, and what is left out, a bit confusing.

That and no clear roadmap of development, if Apple was totally honest, then why not have the FCPX beta 10.3, this way settles the argument about roadmaps and dedication to development.

The lack of remove attributes speaks of is there a clear development, this is a symptom of poor roadmap of development, Apple is very open with OS, tyet not with FCPX...I am just confused a bit..

He works for FCPWORKS now, way better gig, he's happier. Looking forward to seeing him at NAB in a couple of weeks. Plus seeing all my buddies from Apple, Coremelt, RT, etc.

Also, there are some older articles and threads saying you can remove all attributes from multiple clips by copying and pasting attributes or effects from a fresh non-modified clip. I don't know if it ever worked but it does not work on 10.2.3.
