It has been a while since we did a Final Cut Pro X plugin roundup, so let's get cracking with a look at the new and updated products that have been released over the last few of weeks.

Convert a timecoded 'to do' list into 'to do' markers in Final Cut Pro X with MarkX from Victor Gusev. A handy way to get those notes from the director back into FCPX, this application has a rather cool trick up its sleeve.

The very clever application Final Cut Library Manager is a year old today, Wednesday 4th March 2015. To celebrate, Arctic Whiteness are offering 25% off the already inexpensive companion app for Final Cut Pro X.

You might have seen him talk about it online, now you can buy it. Mike Maztdorff's Final Cut Pro X workflow book from his experiences on working on the Hollywood feature film Focus is now available.

Denver Riddle at Color Grading Central has been teasing us with screen grabs of his Color Finale plugin for Final Cut Pro X. Well today is the launch day and if that's not enough we also have a coupon code for $20 off the purchase price. Excited?

Do you use a stereo microphone when recording interviews and get a wandering audio image in FCPX? This new plugin from CrumplePop centres your audio automatically.

Everybody loves free plugins and yes, we will bring back #freeeffectfriday soon. In the meantime, CoreMelt has just published these free effects online. (Ok we corrected it, it should really be 10 plugins.)

Attention filmmakers, this is going to save you a lot of time. The new application PrimariesExporter lets editors export sets of clips with synced audio and effects from the primary storyline in FCPX. All with just a few clicks.

Coremelt's Lock and Load has just got a big update. Faster stabilisation with FxPlug3 and compatibility with 4K footage from different cameras.

Rocket Rooster has released two budget packs of LUTs or 'Look Up Tables' that when applied to footage produce cinema style colour grades. Both are under $15.

With all the news about hyperlapses last week, we overlooked the update of Blackmagic Design's DaVinci Resolve to 11.1.4. Some new interoperability in there for us FCPX editors.

The development of Clip Exporter continues. The tool for extracting used sections of clips in Final Cut Pro X has got an update and some new features accompany the publishing of a second version.
