The folder Motion Templates is created by FCPX when it is opened for the first time

Yas i have that folder, but inside that i don't have any other folders , shut i create new folder and name it /effects ?
is that going to work for me? Thank you for your help ;)

Keep in mind that the subfolders should have the ".localized" extension.
