Hi Stephan,
von wegen follow along, zwei kl. Anmerkungen:
• "show what you say": blende doch die URL, oder welche Knöbbe Du überhaupt drückst, ein.
//and for our English readers: a few remarks to improve the tut, less chatter, more written info, and some language-cosmetics, "Do I talk to many or just to the one who's watching?" ... //

Even though I'm German I've to say that it's hard to follow what you do with what app in your tutorial.
The comments Karsten gave should be very helpful for you.
You could have a look at the Ripple Training's "Under 5 Minutes" things. They are good examples for "how to ,,,"

I have daily to deal with explaining things to beginners … still believe, a good advice is some sort of 'art'
Most German tuts are terrible, … e.g. listen to one of YTuser SGDVD ... <snore>
.. but its not limited to German.... Red Alert when any tutorial starts with "whazzup!!" (except, its from Andrew Kremer - he's genious!)
______________
"The Under 5min" recipies are awesome, but sometimes - due to its self set time limitation - esp. Mark loves to 'fast forward' with his key-combos, he fires faster than Django ... :silly:
Finally, a worse-case example, in English:
6 Tips in 45 Minutes by 2 Top Wedding Photographers : one single, uncut shot, no movement of cam or subjects, no script no structure, interviewer from off-off (=close to no audio), no titles, no .... tips, cause, I don't waste 45 min of my limited life-time to listen to this "radio show" (although these two make incredible photos!) ... no summary, what these 6 tips are. ...
.. an endless issue …
...
Anyhow, .... what experience told me: everybody has his own 'best scheme' to learn ...

I always take feedbacks as a help to improve. And maybe I will take some of your advise or maybe not. I like to say "Ihr" because I talk to all my subscribers and also this is related to a dialect thing in the part of Germany I have been growing up (Allemanisch).
Any way, most of the Youtuber's are amateurs and we make this things for fun. Talking about SGDVD, I am also not a fan of his tutorials, but I think he knows his stuff and you can learn some things. He has a lot of subscribers, so he must do something right.
My advice for you would be: If you don't like it, just don't watch it.
But again, thanks for your feedback. I did include the links in the post as well, now. As they have been only in the description at the tutorial.

... I like to say "Ihr" because I talk to all my subscribers ...
That was more meant as a general advice: you talk to many, but there's only one listening
While working in the TV business, we had this discussion endlessly, you=Du or you=Ihr ...
There's no wrong or right, just a matter of 'tone'.
... Talking about SGDVD, … I think he knows his stuff and you can learn some things. He has a lot of subscribers, so he must do something right.
He has profound knowledge, and we should be happy, he's sharing it with us.
But he's no great teacher/explainer … I get crazy by and screen-recording where the teacher has "mouse ADHD" - while endless chattering, the cursor twists all across the screen ... makes me dizzy :woohoo:
… He has so many subscribers, 'cause there are no other (free) German tuts with that in-depth info ... "Der Einäugige ist König unter den Blinden" LOL
I'm a fan of Mark&Steve, not only by their knowledge, but by the 'form' how they share it. There are very very few, coming close to that level of 'style'.
Lately my son showed me some tuts (zombi make up, pranks, ... he's 15y) - OMG!!!
I guess, >80% of ANY tutorials ar those "I talk to my laptops cam, I have no clue of editing, and I talk three times faster than my brain can deliver!" .... LOL
keep going with your tuts!
… I'm no subscriber, I'm still working with bookmarls (yepp, very old school), but I will follow you .....

As far as I can see, FCPX' renderer doesn't offer refraction nor difraction, what you need for creating 'transparent' objects....
Funny coincidence:
this was my first question too ... LOL!
feedback Apple an Enhancement suggestion ....

Yes Zombis are a big thing. I am more into Zombis at the bar
You are right about SGDVD "der Blind....". If you would like to have a bit of a lough, try to jump his videos forward every 10 seconds or 30 seconds. You will hear what I mean
Good to hear you are following along. Have a good weekend.
