It is the new 2013 Mac Pro with dual ATI D500 video cards, 3.5 MHz E5 Xeon processor, 16 gigs ram, and 256 GB system drive.

It is the stock 6 core that retails for $3999.00

I just spoke with the company I bought it from and they may give me a full refund.

You are in the US. Apple will take it back for a full refund. If the company you bought it from won't admit that, contact Apple directly, or get with a local Apple retail store if you can. Someone is not being fully honest with you. What company did you purchase it from?

Thanks Ben,

Apple requires that it be returned within 14 days of receive date. I've had it since January 22.

I bought it from PowerMax in Oswego, Oregon. They are great to work with. I would definitely recommend
them.
