Apple just released updates to LPX and Main Stage
LPX 10.4.2
Finally you can move Sound Libraries to external locations from LPX. This was a highly requested feature as sound libraries are now huge. I have been using SymLinks for years to store my sounds on a fast sd card. Now you can select storage location.
Before any one comments, the reason I use the sd card slot is because I use all the other ports for external drives and interfaces. I can also just leave the card in the slot full time as it is in a flush adapter so I don't have the problem of the essential sounds downloading automatically if I launch an app that uses the sound libraries and I don't have them mounted. The card and slot are plenty fast enough as the sounds are simply loaded into RAM in use. Using a 2012 rMBP.

Lots of improvements to Alchemy.
Another major focus seems to be in Tempo control.
Many improvements to position, track and region UI bug fixes.

For FCPX imports
"Logic Pro now reliably imports all audio tracks for Multicam clips in Final Cut Pro XML files.
Multichannel audio files that do not contain surround sound layout information are now imported as multiple individual tracks."
Looks like they fixed some Movie viewer issues and position controls too.
