Synology DS918+ or QNAP TS_453Be for archiving was created by Brinky
Hi
My situation: backup (twice) both ongoing prjojects and archives on multiple external HD's. But I need some more space. I read discussions on using a QNAP or Synology for this purpose
Most of the times I'm the only user editing on a G-raid. So for now I don't need the 10gbe expansion the QNAP TS-453Be has. The Synology DS918+ is not pcie expandable.
Question which brand do you advice for archiving? Or any other ideas?
ps Plex would be a nice ad-on
