I'm growing old of my baseline Mac book Pro (Mid 2012) and i would like recommendations.

I don't care if its portable
It has to run FCPX
It has to be cheap.

A few questions,

13", 15", or retina 15?

What do you mean 'run FCPX'? any recent mac's can run it, it's a question of whether your editing a DV, or multicam compressed 4k, so what kinds of footage/projects will you be doing?

Also, cheap is relative when referring to high end computers, how do you define that?
