TOPIC:

Los Angeles-based Black and Sexy TV, LLC is seeking an assistant editor for its narrative and lifestyle shows. This is a paid position, contracted position.

Duties include:
Offloading camera cards,
Prepare and organize video, audio, and images for editorial
Transcoding media
Editing promotional content
Assist in preparing thumbnails

Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of Final Cut Pro X
Understanding of working with different codecs and camera workflows

Additional Skills
Apple Motion and / or After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci
Photoshop and/or Photoshop-like applications
Simple color correction
Simple Sound sweetening
