I think the problem essentially is that fcp.co is full of FCP editors so it's not a skill that's often in demand around here. It may be that someone who frequents these forums could find themselves looking for an associate editor, co-editor or something but I think you would be better off checking in on the industry sites in your region. In the UK we have sites such as Production Base, Mandy or the Unit list. Employers looking for editors are generally more likely to post there rather than on here
