Outliner LITE free outline (stroke alpha) effect for FCP X was created by Bretwilliams

Outliner LITE is a fun, easy way to add an outline to anything.

With the LITE version of Outliner, you can control the outline width & color. Outliner Lite can be added to an adjustment layer or compound clip to affect the cumulative transparency of multiple layers at once.

Happy to announce that if anyone has had any trouble with the old drag n drop Outliner installer, it's a full developer certified package installer now. Easy breezy!
