Radial Blur re-enacted was created by Karsten Schlüter
// after DL and un-zip, copy into Movies/Motion Templates/Effects //
at this thread at ASC, user christine548 was looking for some old effect plug-in called Radial-Blur.
This is my NEW REVISITED version:
Looks a bit … psychedelic to me :silly: Anyhow …
A few knobs to play with, … '50' means no rotation, you can rotate clock- or counter clockwie.
It lacks, compared to the original, setting the center of blur... didn’t manage that
If you like to add that feature, feel free to modify and please publish here.
Enjoy movie making!
