There is a bad TV effect that comes stock. There are various bad tv reception third party plugins all over. Dozens and dozens of different bad reception looks. Not sure what the Pixel Bender effect actually does. Got a screen shot or video clip we could see as an example?

Do you think you could link me to a few of the bad tv reception plugins that you've found? I'm actually having huge issues finding any, as I don't really like what the standard one for FCP X has to offer. It's horribly simple and tacky compared to what Sony Vegas has to offer.
