Eneo3D or mObject for importing 3D objects?

Hello,
Just learning FCPX and looking for help on how to import a 3d model into it.
I don't need to edit a 3d object inside FCPX, just import it
So far I've found 2 plugins that allow me to do this
Eneo3D
mObject plugin
Which one is best for this, or maybe there's another way I haven't found yet?
I need to import from Zbrush (actually I need it only for post-processing 3D scans made with Artec Studio . Some of them can theoretically be used without processing, but I doubt I can do it directly without Zbrush, I haven't tried it yet) or Blender (haven't familiar with it much, to be honest)
Thanks in advance for your replies

Eneo3D has stopped being developed and does not work beyond MacOS Mojave. I confirmed this with the developer just last week. If you are running Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey then Eneo3D is not an option. MO2 is an excellent plugin that runs on current Mac OS, so if it does indeed import the file type you need, that is probably your best bet. Coremelt also makes a 3D object plugin - you can check if that imports the file type you need.

mObject? I think this plugin is EOL and was updated to mO2, IMO this is the best choice for 3D compose in FCP and Motion. You'll need a moderate learning curve to get decent results  but it's worth it. Have a look to Facebook mO2 users group  mo2users
About render format, mO2 can import several 3D file format (OBJ, FBX, 3DS...) but the advisable  is gITF. I use Blender to transcode model file formats to gITF.
