Does anyone know how to create the Hype Williams effect? Where instead of just the plain letterbox, you have a a video clip in it..

there are probably several ways to do this but I just created a project dropped some footage into the timeline, alt clicked and dragged it up as a connected clip, went to the video filters dropped 'crop and feather' onto the connected clip, reduced the height to 50%. selected the main (lower) clip and did a quick colour correction. Voila, takes about 35 seconds. good luck:)
