Does anyone know how to create this transition or what the template it?

Hi guys,

I want to create effects similar to these three shown before and was wondering if they were created with After Effects or Motion. Or perhaps they are templates/bought plug-ins? I have no experience with animation but would love to include these in my videos.

Effect 1 (very beginning of the video, small square spilling then a straight line opens up the frame):
Effect 2 (same video, 4:50, the "x" spinning with the line on the top):
Effect 3 (6:45, text in semi filled in rectangle and then it closing it on itself):

Thanks so much everyone
