anybody know where I can match this effect?

We are demoing Fxfactory effect "zoom dissolve". It currently zooms in to the outgoing and zooms out to the incoming as seen in first clip. We are comparing it to digitalImpact’s "Zoom Blur" 2nd clip which zooms in to both as seen in the attached video. Digital impact is only for premier and this needs to be set up in fcpx.

Anyone know an effect like this???...or maybe it can be recreated in motion? Any info appreciated.
