Ive been searhing around a little bit, but cant find exactly what im looking for...
I have this heli shot of a moving boat in the sea, i want to attach a logo/text above it, so it moves in the same pattern as the boat does.
Is that only possible in Motion, or are there any FC plugins for easy use?
If not, what expression do i search for, to find the correct info/tutorial for it?

It's called motion tracking and it's quite easy to do this in Motion.
Just place your logo above your moving boat, select the logo and add a Match Move behavior to it (Behaviors > Motion Tracking > Match Move). Then you track the motion of your boat and the logo will move along with the boat.
Here's a detailed tutorial on how this works:
For what you wish to do one tracker can be sufficient, bit if there is also rotation involved you will have to use two trackers. If you have any questions about this post back here.
