Reduce the Size of each video, and position it appropriately. They will all be stacked up on top of each other. In FCP X put each section of alike videos in their own Compound Clip. In Motion in their own Group. I'd actually do this in Motion, as you're working with so many clips, you can use a replicator to cut your time down to nothing and keep things organized more easily.
