Yeah, I downloaded the demo from them a while back and it would like put in random flashes of light as if there was a compatibility issue.

Phyxware has one. It used to suck, but they've updated it and the new version is supposed to be pretty nice. I've not had a chance to test it yet.

I second NeatVideo. It's a great investment if you do a lot of low light/high ISO shooting. It has saved numerous shots. I also like to add back a little bit of grain after the denoiser to give it less of a "plastic" look.

Yes, there was a bug in 10.6 on that has caused issues with a number of plug ins including Neat Video and magic Bullet. Seemingly a fix will be included in the next update.

Neat Video works flawlessly with 10.5, and I use it all the time for noisy footage.

so you stayed on 10.0.5? i guess there's no way of using 10.0.5 and 10.0.6 on the same machine?

That's a pity because 10.0.6 rocks. If only they coukd get rid of this stupid bug. Ruins neatvideo, ruins magic bullet. Lots of money down the drain if they don't fix it.

I heard lots of stories about 'green frames' being introduced with plug-ins such as MBL & NV. Some people have reported no issues, such as yourself, but I didn't want to chance it as I use them both a lot.

Both Red Giant & NV have reported the bug on their websites, and have said they are talking to Apple to resolve it. Hopefully the next update will knock it on the head.
