mixing video sth like 'bad tv' effect

Neat effect, would be done in Motion, would take some doing. A replicator or particle emitter could make quick work of it, I'd think.

Don't know of any plugins. Basically to separate her from the background it's a green screen shot. So that sort of rules out a plugin, perhaps. The lines cutting her up in segments is basically creating a replicator for the lines, and using that to slice up the video. Or do it all manually. But it's a bit of work to explain in a forum post.

Would be a cool effect as a plugin, though. Even if you have to manually pull your key first.
