Exporting as an MP4 file. File type option is disabled.

Greetings everyone,

I'm following an online tutorial and am at the point where I'm to export the project as an MP4 file. I noticed that the export file type is disabled. Clicking on the "MOV" file type doesn't allow me to change it to MP4 as shown in the attached screen shot. I'm on Apple Motion 5.6.1 running on a MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. Do you know how to enable changing the default MOV file type to MP4?

In the Export dialog settings, choose Format-> Computer instead of Video and Audio. It's rather unintuitive...
