Adding subscribe overlay to motion timeline affects the audio speed.

I usually add the youtube subscribe overlay in fcpx and no sound issues when exporting.
I thought it would be easier to add this .mov overlay in motion along with my instagram animation I created.
After some troubleshooting it looks like this video insert overlay is whats causing the audio speed to slowdown on export.
Is there a way i can fix this? I'm guessing it has something to do with the framerate of the youtube vid overlay??
I'm not sure why it works in fcpx and not motion??
