til: Width isn't Length. And Circles are Rectangles…

The title says it all:

What I have learnt painfully is, that the 'length' of a horizontal line is NOT its ‘width’ in Motion.

And you get in real trouble, when you try to use that length as a radius for a circle - circles in Motion are just very round rectangles…

OK, that is an exotic topic for most of you, but the handful of Motion aficionados probably share my grief.



The plugin mentioned in the video comes out soon, it’s called Metermetre and allows to automatically measure distances in your video … mostly
