Quickest Export for 4K Project?

Not sure if this is a better question for Compressor or Motion, but I figured I'd try here first. I'm working for the first time in a 4K animation video at 60p. I want to try and export a quick preview for a client. What's the quickest way to export? not necessarily best quality, more emphasis on speed here.

Would it be faster to export the project 'Same as Source', 'ProRes 422', or 'H.264'? I feel like this is sort of a beginners question but I honestly don't know what would be quicker. I'm assuming 'Same as Source', but I just wanted to see if I can get some clarification on here. Thanks!

Same As Source will most probably be ProRes, but yes, that's going to be the fastest.

H.265 is "Long GOP" and highly compressed, and very complex mathematically. The more compression required, the most time to encode. Using something other than the existing codec will take longer.

Thanks! Makes sense! I don't know why I just couldn't make up my mind on what was better to begin with

Because Apple is taking too damned long to release the telepathic user interface. Very frustrating.
