Help !! Making Antlers on Motion 5

Hello All
I'm a Brand new Film Student, just learning the ropes of Motion 5.
I was wondering if anyone knew a way of making a character in a film grow horns / Antlers ?

Is this easy ?

Depends on what you a re looking for. What quality and how realistic?

the more the better it is a shot that pan along a poker table as i pass each player i would like to ad an effect to the shot.
i would like love it if when i passed my "bad guy" he could grow horn.

the shot is only like 10 secs so its just a quick effect not to serious but something better then layering a picture on top.
