FCP X with Motion 5 video render

So i got this project in FCP X and i use a custom made motion template for it.
The problem is, every time i insert a video on the drop box in the template, FCP X begin to render the video in a really long time and sometimes it crash, it just stop.
Why is this happening?
The video that i'm using is mov file PRORESS 422(HQ) in a motion template for a 1080p HD 29.97 fps FCP X project.

What else is going on in the template? Any specific reason you're using ProRes HQ rather than ProRes 422 for HD clips?
