I saw a while back on the macbreak show how to change a dropzon in a pre made project to match the aspect of a new picture. they did it with a key cmd and i cannot find it. anyone know how?

I know that you can double-click the clip within the drop zone to see controls that change scale and position, but I don't know if there's a keyboard shortcut to change the aspect ratio.
