Update to fix Library Instability Ventura 13.2.1

I've been sticking with Monterey until 13.2 was updated to fix the crashing issue... can we confirm the issue is fixed with this update? I've got a little gap in production and actually have some time to upgrade and test.

I thoroughly tested FCP 10.6.5 on Ventura 13.2.1 using up to 15,000 clips in a single event and 15,000 clips on a single 42-hour timeline. It got a bit sluggish (not unexpected) but it did not crash. That was on an M1 Ultra Mac Studio.

As always nobody can guarantee you won't have problems but it appears this serious bug is fixed. I never before tested over 10k clips per event, so who knows if FCP could even do that on Monterey.

I'm glad they fixed it. I was hoping this would address the Loading screen I get whenever I open a folder in the Finder with more than say 350 items in it. This never happened before Ventura no matter how many items were in the folder or if they were on a spinny drive or not. Not sure if I should report it to Apple. This doesn't seem to affect SSD drives, but it does affect my Thunderbolt 2 connected G Drives.

There are definitely some performance issues with some types of very complex timelines. The ones I have examined also happen on Monterey, even on M1 Max and M1 Ultra internal SSDs. The question is was it always like that, did timelines used to be less complex, or what.

Finally!!!

I will update it as soon as possible to solve this bad issue ( see it here ). On the meantime, while I was waiting for the update, I tried to solve the problem on the titles/generator panels that doesn't appears if you have a lot of plugins ( see it here ).

To do this, I was manually moving every set of effects on a primary folder.... and then I'm manully editing every *.MOTI file and *.MOTR file and *.MOTN file and *.MOEF file, adding a template section to separe it on the panel ( see it here ). It seems works. But it is a very long activity...
Do you know if this fix on the OS could help for that problem too?
