When I export a logo from Affinity Designer with the colour profile Rec. ITU-R BT.2020-1 (Linear), it appears as sRGB IEC61966-2.1 in Final Cut Pro and appears dark / washed out on the video (logically). The same thing happens when I force the export to embed ICC: Rec. ITU-R BT.2020-1 even though Final Cut Pro displays the correct color profile in the inspector.
The HDR fileformat (Radiance HDR 32-bit linear) ended up black, even though Final Cut Pro was able to import it, but identified the color space as sRGB IEC61966-2.1.
Anybody here with a solution?

Would you mind uploading a sample file for testing?
Are you importing the logo into a "Wide Gamut HDR" Library and using an appropriate Project/timeline? Do you have any other NLE that you could try to test the logo?
