Good Afternoon, I’ve been trying to export this video for the last 24 hours and nothing has worked. I have created a new library , copy and pasted the video, I have rendered all the files, I’ve updated my Mac software nothing is really special about the video. I’ve cut down the video to a minute to see if there was an issue with the sizing. A smaller sized (15MB & 346MB) videos still export just fine. But when I try to export this video which is 13.56 GB it keeps saying it has failed and that the export was unsuccessful. I have 2 hardrives attached 1 contains actual media that’s in the video & the other is strictly just to store the video. Under library properties it’s says “Macintosh HD ——— 535.3GB” I don’t know exactly what means but wanted to give as much information as possible. I don’t know what to do at this point I hope some can offer some insight. Also sometimes the file will export fully & then I'll get that failed message other times it just stops at 60 or 70%. Thank you so much in advance for your help.
I've attached photos of what exactly pops up.

The photos aren't attached.
What are the hard drives? How are they connected and formatted?

Hmmmm I just attached them again. Both are seagate hard drives 1TB & the other is 2TB. The format for the one I'm trying to export & save video to is "MS-DOS (FAT32)". The other hard rive that has majority of the media that's in the video is "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)"....I typically save all my videos here but there's not enough room here as it's almost full. Please let me know if the photos still aren't showing.

FAT32 can only hold small fill sizes and should never be used by Macs. Reformat it to HFS+, macOS Extended.

Tom is correct.
What's likely happening is that things are rendering and processing for export, which happens in chunks. So, the process can go on for a while. Once the processing is finished, the chunks need to be assembled into the final output file. Since FAT32 has a ~4 GB file size limit, this is where things go awry...
If your first hard drive doesn't have enough room left to export the file there, it is also a sign that the first hard drive is getting too full. You should keep spinning hard drives under 80% full for better performance. Once things fill up around 80% (maybe a bit less), you'll start to see serious performance degradation. So, you'd also benefit from moving your media from the first hard drive to a larger disk (an SSD would be optimal).

Definitely a Fat32 problem. You're trying to stuff 13 GB of video into a 4 GB limited bag. Format that drive to HFS+ or EXFAT (readable by Windows) and things will be good again.
