X2pro Audio Convert shutting down

When X2pro audio convert is open & I am all set & ready to go. While in the preference window when I hit the close button to close the preference window the software closes every time. I have restarted the machine & still the same issue. X2pro does keep the settings that were previously set so the workaround is just to load your XML the second time around and set your destination folder & then hit start. No need to go to preference settings again. Any other suggestions as to why I am experiencing this would be great! Software can seriously give you a headache!

I don’t understand your problem very well. I also use X2pro (exporting AAF to Nuendo) it’s a very stable app.  I never had to restart my mac!
