The selected thing in the image above is a through edit point. See the bottom section here . I referred to the thing marking the through-edit point as a through-edit point marker. Is there another term I should be using?
It is possible to navigate among and select clips on the timeline using only the keyboard. You can even do that if nothing is selected to begin with. For example, selecting the clip below the playhead (referred to in the Edit menu as "Select Below") is Command + Down. From there, navigating to the previous or next edit point is as easy as pressing the up or down arrow.
Edit points are not usually selectable, but through-edit points in multicam are. Let's say you want to select the previous or next through-edit point marker, how do you do that using only the keyboard? Is it possible?
Yesterday, I was trying to do just that, and I could not figure out how. So I asked here: "Is there a keyboard shortcut that selects [the next] [the previous] [the below] multicam through-edit point marker?"
Is there one?

Like Tom said, but they won't be automatically selected (highlighted).
You can select ether side of the edit point with the [ and ] keys, or the full edit point with the \ key, once your playhead is on an edit point.
Plus, to trim that selection one frame at a time use the < and > keys, which I call my Trim Arrow Keys. Otherwise known as the period and comma keys.
