Just wondering if it is possible to inverse a transition?
I have made one that opens to the center keeping part of the underlying image visible.
I simply want to reverse this.
I made another transition to do this but I was wondering if it can be done using only one transition ?

Depends the transition. Many transitions have controls in the Inspector that allow you to reverse a transition.

That answers my question.
Since I made them with Motion I just need to modify the settings.
Thanks.

Make two Groups in your Motion transition project.
One will contain everything to create the transition going forward.
One will contain everything to create the transition going backward.
Create a RIG that lets you, via a pop-up menu, select which you want, by adjusting the Opacity of each Group.
