We are a Japanese congregation and I want to create a very simple, maybe 2-3 min, clip wishing all those who have supported us during the year for our blog. Does anybody know of a "freebie" or a low-cost "generator" or anything else like that that shows a burst of fireworks to see the end of the year out?

Thanking you in advance and for all the great ideas and help I have gotten during the year from FCP.co

I recently found a free fireworks clip online doing a google search. It doesn't have to be a generator, eh? Just a background, right? How long of a clip do you need? I may have something sitting around.

… another suggestion:
Motion 5 (49€) comes with three Fireworks-Generators …

… a bit… say, tricky in its millions of options and parameters. Does generate the rising rocket, allows diff. shapes, variation of colors over time… I remember, started to create a plug-in years ago, with all sorts of slider and onscreen controllers… got lost LOL.-

Many thanks to you both. I was kinda of thinking 1-2 mins. No, it doesn't have to be a generator in fact, it would probably much simpler for the likes of myself. Will google and see what I come up with. Thanks again

Yes, there are some rather usable ones over at www.videvo.net/video/new-year-fireworks/4660/
and again at www.shutterstock.com/ja/video/clip-10314...urce=51471&utm_term= but I can't afford the 80-200 dollars they are asking for.
