Anyone else having an issue with Cinema Grade crashing FCPX?

Hello, I am new on the forum. I was wondering if anyone else is having an issue with Cinema Grade crashing FCPX? I spent $100.00 and the plugin just isn't stable. I did a fresh install 2 times already. It crashes during various tasks, not just one incident. Any solutions/ideas before I go get my $$ back? Thank you for you help.

I use it often without any issues. There is a problem for sure. Have you contacted their tech support directly? They are very responsive and seem to take care of their customers quite well.

My fcpx has just been updated and now just disappears from the screen when I try to use cinema grade.

First tested this and had the same problem...but there is an update available and it did fix that issue.
Be aware however that running the updater did freeze the computer (Mojave) but after restart everything was OK, even the update completed its tasks. outch!
