I was wondering if someone has a workflow to share on how they get rid of space without corrupting their projects.
Most of my material are multiple cameras and I end up with very large source material on every shoot. Once the editing is done, my archive for each project become significant. I don't really have the time to start trimming all the material before editing :/
One solution I've looked at is using Worx4 X. This would create trimmed duplicates of my source files and relink them to a copy of the project. After that I can edit the original source files to what size I'd like and put everything into archive. However, I have not tried this yet and would like some input from others
What ideal would be
Somehow trim the source file directly and relink the clip to the project.
