Working on my first two-person-one-camera-angle interview. Is there a best in class plugin for panning/zooming to each person as they speak?

Pretty simple and quick to do it manually in the Viewer with keyframing.
But exactly what sort of pan and zoom are you looking for? I'm not sure a plugin would do anything but give you a duplicate set of controls from the Transform controls.
Set up the first shot, copy, Pate Attributes to the others you want to look the same.

Okay thanks, Just wasn't sure if there was anything out there that made it any easier or added flair to it.

Not that I am personally aware of. BUT, you could create specific templates in Motion, that work with your specific shots, then save them all to the same Theme. But copy/paste keyframes may work just as well. I dunno...

I've found this plugin quite helpful. It's a free gift to everyone here from Alex4D, it'd be nice to thank him...

There are, and there are a lot of ways to do it.
You can blade this clip at the point you want to change focus, then use the transform controls to scale up or down for the correct composition, and apply any number of transitions between the two.
Check out this method using the default Zoom & Pan under the blurs category. The standard SWAP transition might also work for you.
If you want two separate moving screens, the core melt C2 Delta V - Motion Transition gives you that, as does many other third party transitions.
For a more WHIP-PAN style effect, check out the WindBlurX and experiment with changing its' duration. (I believe this transition is available somewhere on this forum).
In all cases, you are cutting the clip where you want the change to take place and inserting the transition at that point. Fine trimming the clip either side of the transition to eliminate unwanted objects will help to produce a nice, smooth appearance.
