Transitions and Stems was created by Rbelfi
Hi everyone,

I have two issues:

When I'm trying to lay down a transition between two clips I'm not able to, I'm only able to drag it onto the clip (were it turns white) and makes me add it to both sides...which then I just delete the one I don't want, but it's becoming annoying. This wasn't the case previously and can't figure out how to fix this.

Also, I know there is a key stroke for move a stem that is out of place, does anyone know the command?

Thanks,

Rob

What happens if you highlight an edit point and use Command-T?

Option-Command-click will move the connection stem.

I don't think you have sufficient handles on the clip to accept the transition. Are the clips near the media end? Go into the precision editor or just try to drag the ends of both clips back in about 20 frames and see if the transition works normally now.

Creating history....one edit at a time !

Command T works normally...though I tried using option-command-click to move my stems and nothing happened. I have a lot of handle room left on these clips, I tried move them back, but still no luck...
