suggestion: Posting allowed only after a period of quarantine?

today, we're noticing a new flood of brain-free spam from Cameroon, offering fake passports etc... (how silly is that? And how silly you should be answering such an offer???)

On other boards, you are allowed to post your first post just after a few days/a week, after registration.

How is it handled here?
Could this help (a bit)?

Really sad, that all the brave ones, keeping this terrific board alive, have to care for such stupidity!
