I edit on my iMac, but I just got an iPad Pro and i'm trying to think of ways of utilizing it for my video workflow or production. How does everyone else use their iPad's? I'm not looking to actually do editing on a program like iMovie or LumaFusion, I still want to edit in FCPX, but I feel like the iPad Pro 12.9 (2018) has to somehow be a good device to utilize in the editing production

MovieSlate is one we use for taking notes during shooting.
All of my production paperwork is on mine.
Really depends on the type of work you're doing.

You can also use your iPad to create graphics with Adobe Sketch and send those to FCPX. Here is a Ripple Training episode that shows how to make use of that. Very handy.
