ok, I'm not the maker, how do I know it's FCPX made?
Quiet simple: just watch the opening title!
I'm subscribed to the StaffPicks, like those travelling movies <sigh>
When I saw the 3D letters, I like "hey, basic material preset!"
but no word about FCPX on Vimeo, , no proof, hmm ?
Brandon Li was so nice to upload a 'making of/comentary' version
... and at ~00:02:00 he mentions it ...
Even for my standards a little bit too much effects, but, hey, Hongkong is an effect by itself ....

Brandon answered my question, about what he's using, I'd call it the usual suspectcs:
