Art with a message, my favorite.
Good work, Timfo. You've told an encouraging & motivating tale succinctly & without falling into the trap of being maudlin or overly sentimental. Focussing on the positive outreach of this young woman & subtly detailing the simplicity of it all. Showing the plastic containers & homemade stickers prompts the viewer to realize, "Hey, I could do that too."
Thematically, the other invisible line you thankfully didn't cross, which would have been so easy to do, is implying any kind of guilt, blame, lecturing or preaching.
Technically the film-work is effective without being obtrusive, you're supporting the story instead of trying too hard & thus impeding it. A perfect balance has been achieved by your delicate sensitivities to the issue & your experience with the tools & process.
If there was one technical issue I could pick at, it would be your stills. Of course we all would prefer same resolution landscaped shots to match the video, but alas we realize you're probably dealing with iPhone photos from people who don't know any better than holding the camera vertically. Perhaps a bit more creative time with the KenBurns effect on those stills could have made them a bit more impactful. But some might think I'm only splitting hairs now...
It's a great film. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks TrixTrax!
Yeah, the stills we had to work with weren't ideal. The org supplied all of them, some were obviously crowd-sourced or collected from people shooting on their phones in the aftermath. Was able to track down a few high-res examples and made the decision to feature those full screen (with Ken Burns) and keep the cropped form factor on the rest.
Thanks again!
