Very nice shots. Would you mind sharing cameras & gear you used?

The other detractors for me are perhaps the music choice along with the pacing, the whole thing seems much longer than we're used to. Though the musical track does begin to grow on me, I'm feeling slight negs with some of the lighting or more precisely, the amount of make-up I'm seeing. When we watch a movie, we know our actors are wearing make-up, but they're lit & shot in such a way that it's not apparent. This makes the movie. Some of the older women here are not shown in their best light, thus the dreamlike fantasy is broken by the harshness of reality. It's your job in post to correct that for them, make them remember the fantasy when they see it. Experiment with vignettes, blurs, light, filters, etc. The BeautyBox plugin for FCPX that I promoted here the other day is an excellent place to start. It'll do wonders for your wedding video business.

Is this guy copying me or what?

We used 5D Mark II with 16-35mm for DIY crane and glide cam shots. 60D with 18-200mm was also used.

Not any one thing is singled out as a major detraction, just an overall accumulation. Sure, you've got some lovely shots, an amazing set, costumes, etc. I also greatly enjoy your jumbled timeline. Love the shot of the doors opening for the bride, that really works well. Tasteful use of effects & transitions. Some of the crane/jib shots are great, but perhaps we have a few too many, as it begins to lose it's specialness. One of them also features the camera shadow, exterior to the doors opening. You can't have that. Depending on your focal length there are other things you can do with a jib, a low sideways track along the ground like a dolly shot, it'll have an arc so check your focus, diagonal rise or descent is also an interesting change up. A straight up crane rise repeated 4 or 5 times in a 5 minute piece is usually too much. There's a reason feature films usually reserve it for the beginning or ending of an epic scene.

Thank you so much sir for the inputs. Sure thing it would help me a lot.

During that event we're just using two cameras, we are on time constraints trying to get creative shots. For the music, it was requested by the couple, might be their song.

But then again thank you, I will try to consider all of the above mentioned factors for a better SDE.
