I'm seeing boxed question marks for all the control labels (recent problem). Anybody know how to fix this?
Running latest Big Sur on an M1 Mini, FCP and FxFactory are up-to-date.

It doesn't go away if you change a parameter? I'd drop CrumplePop a message right away. Is there anywhere that claims this plugin is M1 ready?

Interface doesn't change at all. I hadn't bothered to check until you asked, but when I look at the plugin details in FxFactory, it claims there aren't any compatible host apps.
I get the same weirdness if I launch FCP in Rosetta mode, and more importantly, this also happens on my Intel 2019 iMac (same up-to-dateness as the Mini). Other than the text, the plugin seems to work just fine on both systems.

EDIT: I've now sent feedback to CrumplePop

I use the same plugin on a 2015 rMBP and an iMac Pro, both latest Big Sur, no issues at all.

UPDATE: It was indeed a font conflict. Had a client project that used a different version of the font CrumplePop embeds in the plugin. Disabled the duplicate and all is legible.
