create and sell fcp effects/transition was created by elie.joe

Hello everyone!
I'm interested in creating an affordable and cheap online store for fcp effects/transitions/filters.
I'd like to hire someone with the right skills but I need to be guided in my research.
Do I need a motion designer? A devellopper? What kind of devellopper? Where to find them?

Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you
