Canon XF100 plugin

Hello all. I recently discovered this site, and I love it. This is my first post, I hope I've filed it under the right topic.
I'm currently at a non-profit that uses one Mac for all it's media needs. It's a multi-user machine. We downloaded the new plugin for the Canon XF100, and it works perfectly under the Administrator user, but does not work at all under anyone else's user profile. This is a problem. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
