✎ Latest Free FCPX Effects

Although we think there now might be more copies of FCPX out there than FCP1-7, 'Classic Final Cut' is still being used by many editors, so we're glad new tutorials are still being made. This one's about favorites.

I suppose we forget that there are new editors coming to FCP7 everyday as well as to FCPX and we should try to cater for those as well. We can see ourselves continuing to use FCP7 for quite a few years in parallel with FCPX, so tips and tricks for both are handy, but not interchangeable!

We thank Brent Pierce for putting together this fourteen minute tutorial on saving your 'favourite' filters, transitions & motion paths. Here on the FCP.co campus we normally have the favourite motion path as a 4:3 to 16:9 converter and the audio favourite applying a compressor. What you save is up to you, but it will save time whatever your choice.
