I am attempting to add a number of small frames within the 1920x1080 frame without having to use the pixel x an y method.

I am unable to locate a method for clicking on the frame and moving it by using my mouse or trackball.

Is this possible?

You can click on the frame and type 'Shift+T" and it will activate the transform controls so you can drag the image wherever you want in the frame.

Hope that helps!

To my knowledge, there is no nudge command for the Viewer to move stuff around inside of it, sadly.

What Doug says… to move a clip by mouse , activate the Transform tool.
(a snap-to-a-grid option would be nice, hm?)

For preciser nudging, click in the X/Y parameter and use Cursor Up/Down to in/decrease in 1 pix steps.
To in/decrease in x.1 steps, hold the opt-key + cursor up/down

A keyboard nudge command would be nice to have, though...
