Problems with Coremelt Chromatic after lates OSX High Sierra. 11 Dec 2017 12:20 #92218

I can't open projects anymore were I used the Chromatic plugin from Coremelt.
Also with a new clean project, when I drop the Chromatic plugin on a video my FCPX (latest version) crashes.
In I can't open the library anymore....
I installed the latest version of the whole Coremelt bundel without no result.

Dus more of you have the same problem or find a solution already?

Be sure you're running the latest version of Chromatic.
I'd also highly recommend contacting their tech support right away.

I use it daily, I'm not having issues. But then, I'm not switching to HS until FCPX 10.4 is released. Too many reported problems with HS and 10.3.

Good call on not installing HS, Ben.

Wish I'd shown the same patience.

For me, running FCPX and Motion in clamshell mode renders both programs inoperable. Staying out of clamshell until further notice.

Im running mac pro 6.1 HS 8-core D700's and have the everything bundle which of course includes chromatic, the chromatic effect works no problem on new and old libraries.

I have experienced mysterious vanished media from my event libraries, and timeline. After a quick restart it's all good again.
